Scrolling around online, I found a good jedi tunic tutorial. Obviously, make sure your colors and fabrics are as close to movie accurate as possible, per SG standards. And of course, for those who choose the dark side, follow the colors of the Sith standards.

Outer Tunic
Tabbards
Obi
Under tunic

For those who wish to make matching pants:

I also just found this Tutorial again by searching around on the web.   I highly recommend it.
I noticed in the notes, that he based it off the same Simplicity 4450 I used with a bit of alternations.  (I got it when the pattern first came out.)

The only thing I wish is that it talked about how to do the measurements. Well, actually, correction it does give you some starting points and reference links for it, but the reference link (the crazy old wizard one) was taken down.
To help, and I am not sure how you guys feel about this, but I personally recommend this thread, for help with measurements and geometry:

It was also suggested to me, that you can try to trace one of you favorite, non-stretchy shirts, to get an idea on your size.

Thanks. If you find any other tutorials or helpful bits, be sure to post it in here. Trying to find as many options as possible,  to help people in their costuming goals.

These tutorials refer to "Roger's pattern" as a starting point but don't seem to explain what/where Roger's pattern is. Any help there?

Wait. Figured out the problem. In case the next person has the same confusion I did:

First goto the link on Mysthopper's post. THEN use the links Mirsylus provided in the OP.

For the type of tabards that are starting from the obi in the back (like Mace Windu) and extend over the shoulders, how are they constructed? Do they attach to the obi or the tunic to keep them anchored?
