HI Giorge - For armor you will want to make it out of some kind of plastic - like the plastic spaceman armor that the Storm Troopers have. For design you will want to make it look like the Clone Wars armor Obi Wan Kenobi uses in the Clone Wars.
Our local Rebel Legion in Las Vegas has a guy who makes the kits here. Hopefully you have a similar resource in your area.
